TOKYO, JAPAN, November 21, 2024 — CARTA COMMUNICATIONS Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Taku Meguro, Representative Director, President; \u201cCCI\u201d), a group company of CARTA HOLDINGS, Inc., announced its new leadership structure which was approved at the board of directors\u2019 meeting on November 21, 2024. The new structure will take effect on January 1, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CARTA HOLDINGS will consolidate its three operating companies including CCI, CARTA MARKETING FIRM and Barriz by the end of 2025 to be able to better compete in the digital marketing space as well as to ensure sustainable business growth. At CCI, we will work towards the integration under the new leadership team from January 1, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
